Kijk! Mijn straat 6 September 2015 - 25 October 2015
Fotoweek en FOTODOK presenteren de tentoonstelling Kijk!
Mijn Straat van Ahmet Polat.
Polat is eerder dit jaar door Fotoweek benoemd tot derde
Fotograaf des Vaderlands. Met deze eretitel is hij een jaar lang hét
gezicht van de Nederlandse fotografie.
Momo Okabe Bible and Dildo 28 August 2015 - 25 October 2015
Foam proudly presents Bible and Dildo, an exhibition of the
work of Momo Okabe (Tokyo, 1981). Okabe was chosen by an international
jury as the winner of the Foam Paul Huf Award 2015. She won the prize for
her two remarkable projects about Japanese society and her intimate relationships
with two transgender lovers, whom she followed during their processes of
transition.

Magnum Contact Sheets shows the magic surrounding the
all-encompassing 'decisive moment’ and how iconic images come to exist.
This exhibition offers insight into the working methods of the world’s
most famed journalistic photographers, by looking at their original contact
sheets.
Paul Bogaers My Life in the Bush... 6 November 2015 - 17 January 2016
In the exhibition My Life in the Bush of Ghosts, Foam
presents work by Paul Bogaers (Tilburg, 1961) which he created in the last
five years.
During this period, his work has developed from two-dimensional
studies to the three-dimensional domain of assemblage, sculpture and installation,
where photography plays a vital role. Bogaers also uses papier mâché
– a material not often embraced by fine artists.

Iedere eerste donderdagavond van de maand is er een
openbare rondleiding in Nederlandse gebarentaal (NGT).
Openingstijden: Dagelijks geopend van 10-17 uur, do/vr 10-21 uur
Gesloten: 1 januari, 30 april (Koninginnedag)
